Moving into a new home and community can be daunting, but not with MHC Capital. We strive to place our residents into the perfect home or lot for their family, and then to make the daily experience of living in it as comfortable and convenient as possible. To that end, we offer several services that deliver on our promise to take care of our residents, even after the move-in period is long over.
Resident Portal
The MHC Capital Resident Portal keeps you connected to your virtual community 24/7. Make everything from payments to service requests easily, from the comfort of your MHC Capital home.
Pet-Friendly Community
Does your family includes a cherished pet? MHC Capital welcomes them to the neighborhood, too. All of our communities are pet friendly. Any Community Staff member will be happy to provide you with the specific pet policies for your new neighborhood.
Resident Referral
When you bring another resident into the MHC Capital fold, you’re helping to build the community of your dreams. Referral is a way to fill where you live with friends and family, adding value to the experience of living there. We honor your commitment to enriching our communities through our Friends & Family Referral Program, which offers you 1 month of free site rental if the referral moves in.
Move-In Satisfaction
Each and every one of our future residents is encouraged to walk through their new home and to work closely with our Community Staff until they are 100% satisfied with their home selection. We are always available to answer any questions as you explore our communities and homes.
