Covid-19 Update

SOCIAL DISTANCING:

At MHC we’re promoting social and physical distancing in our homes and offices. We are keeping all homes and offices clean and keeping a 6ft distance while showing homes to keep you and our staff safe during these uncertain times.

If you are interested in a home we ask that you call to schedule an appointment first. While viewing a home the community manager will open the home while you wait in your vehicle. Once the door is open the manager returns to their vehicle and you are allowed to go in and view the property. We want to make sure you still get the full experience of the home tour while keeping you safe and our staff safe.
